I write about biodiversity, sustainability, technology, and other shiny things. I'm a magpie, an NASW & SEJ member, a runner, and a mom. I brook no BS; deal with it.

About

Grace Chua

I'm an award-winning journalist who covers science, the environment, and urban issues, with a focus on Singapore and South-East Asia. In 2012 I received the SEC-CDL Environmental Journalist of the Year award, and in 2013 won a Siemens Green Technology Journalism award. My work has appeared in the Singapore national daily The Straits Times; Monocle; CityLab; and FuturArc magazine, among others. I'm also interested in media freedom and data-driven journalism.
